With every booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. This will state the amount of the deposit to be paid. The reservation is only final after payment of the deposit.
The advance is not refundable except in exceptional cases (e.g. illness or death of a family member).
The deposit is also not transferable to another booking.
For cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the balance must be paid.
